The National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Chapter 1191 held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, 10 Oct 2017, at Ryan’s Buffet in Waxahachie. The speaker was Albino “Al” Loviscek, member of NARFE Chapter 1191, who told about his family’s experience in moving to the United States from Italy in the early 1960s.

Al Loviscek talked about how his father escaped from Yugoslavia in the mid to late 1930s to Switzerland where he met his wife and started their family.  They heard about a refugee camp in Italy where they moved, then to another couple of camps before landing at a camp near Naples where Loviscek was born in 1951.  He talked about living in barracks with 20 rooms with a family to each room, outdoor facilities and 12 foot barbed wire fences. His father chose Building 33, since that was the age of Jesus when he was crucified. The families at the camp were from a number of countries, primarily Eastern Europe.

He told about having a garden, raising chickens and rabbits, having Christmas pageants, playing baseball, being in the Boy Scouts and involvement of the Catholic Church in the camp. A priest from the church came to the United States in the mid 1950s and assisted Loviscek’s family with contacts with St Thomas Catholic Church in Ft. Worth to help arrange for jobs.  It took four years to raise money to make the trip by ship to the US in 1961. The family made ice cream for sale, did knitting and embroidery work and recycled lighter fluid and tobacco from cigarette butts into cigarettes to raise money for the trip. The family moved to Ennis for a couple of years before moving back to Ft. Worth where Loviscek’s father worked at a gas station and BBQ restaurants before opening his own BBQ restaurants in Ft. Worth and Euless.  Loviscek went to nursing school then worked with the Veteran’s Administration where he retired after 35 years.  A truly American story.

Discount cheap cigarettes are sold in all states of America besides being available for quick shipping. The fact that most cheap cigarette manufacturers and online suppliers have been given their lessons by competition they tend to maintain highest quality.

To understand who is purchasing cheap cigarettes at discount price you may refer to a report by Federal Trade Commission in File No. 041 0017 and several other papers on tobacco control. The papers say in unison that increased price on cigarettes eventually but temporarily results in reduced smoking. Smokers below 30 years of age are unstable on brand loyalty than those that are aged above that. When they change loyalty they are likely to switch to brands perceived as having higher brand equity but the ratio of smokers that switch to discount cigarettes due to increase in tax aren’t the young population that belongs to higher income bracket.

Quite obviously, a dependent who smokes Marlboro, Camel, and Winston, Virginia slims, Salem or any other premium branded cigarettes irrespective of whether tobacco used is regular or menthol flavored, will think many times over before she or he continues to keep brand loyalty, which is reasonably highly unlikely. Because, to buy Marlboro, for example, from a neighborhood store would be costlier than zigaretten steuerfrei online bestellen.

Who Else Is Purchasing Cheap Discount Cigarettes
Cheap cigarettes are purchased tax free mostly by heavily dependent smokers like hapless poor people, elderly, predominantly women; but this list isn’t conclusive for this in all likelihood can include independent youngsters who are just starting off their earning careers.

The sudden increase in tax has been severe in most states and it has been to the tune of 200 cents per pack in at least four states. So, smokers from low to moderate income levels from these four and many other state where the tax hikes haven’t been smooth are hit pretty badly. American Reservations and neighboring areas are concentrated with cheap cigarette sellers due to tax free regime.

Anyone who is above the age of 18 years can buy cigarettes in the USA. Cheap discount cigarette sellers will need documental evidence of buyers’ age for effecting the sale. While this regulation is intended at preventing adolescents from picking up smoking habits from our point of view, you can almost say teens are not the major buyers of cheap cigarettes. This is true even logically, as most online discount Marlboro or generic cigarette shops would need online credit card payment before they process your order.

Internationally, for Russians and outsiders living in Russia alike, duty free tobacco products are truly one amongst the main reliefs of being there. The same also holds true for countries such as Ukraine, China and Japan where consumption of cheap cigarettes are more in addition to manufacturing activities. There are smokers for whom cheap cigarettes are as expensive as compared to food.

The easy availability of cheap cigarettes has more or less efficiently beaten the price differential everywhere. It’s common place that cheap cigarettes can be availed from vans, street venders and door to door sellers. If the murmur at corner smoke shops is anything to go by, authorities may need to restructure their tax regulations in order to contain smoking but till such times it appears more and more that almost everyone has switched to smoking cheap cigarettes.
