The Benefit RC 2026 Poker Run welcomed its largest crowd to date, marking a successful community event filled with strong participation, generous support, and meaningful fundraising efforts for area Volunteer Fire Departments.
Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed more than 550 Bludso Chopped BBQ sandwiches under the Harbor Inn Pavillion while over 500 poker hands were dealt. Guests also showed strong participation in drawings, the silent auction, and the live auction, helping make this year’s Benefit RC Fundraiser & Poker Run a standout success.
A fun time was had by the crowd, with live music from The FOG, plenty of meetings and visiting with other community members, and attendees enjoying the many festivities throughout the event.
Benefit RC extends its sincere thanks to all sponsors, item donors, volunteers, participants, Benefit RC Board members, and committee members who contributed their time, resources, and energy to the event.
Their combined efforts helped create a memorable day and strengthened support for the Volunteer Fire Departments that serve the community.
Although it will take several weeks to determine the final amount raised, organizers are confident the funds will provide valuable assistance to the Volunteer Fire Departments and support their continued service.
