This quarter, we’re proud to celebrate Mirian Castro, our greatly appreciated Non-foods Manager from Fairfield, Texas.
Mirian currently holds the position of Non-Foods Manager and consistently demonstrates strong performance in managing her daily responsibilities and maintaining operational standards within her department.
She distinguishes herself through a clear commitment to the overall success of the store. Mirian is highly collaborative and consistently seeks opportunities to support areas outside of her department. Rather than waiting to be assigned additional tasks, she actively offers assistance wherever needed to strengthen store operations and team effectiveness.
