Benjamin Allen Rikard and Tracy Dylan Chappell are delighted to announce they will exchange wedding vows on Friday October 30, 2020 at The Lodge at Mound Creek near Montgomery, Texas.
Joining them in this announcement are parents, Cynthia and Bob Rikard of Fairfield, Texas along with Judy and Larry Chappell of Cypress, Texas. It is their regret, that due to regulations implemented, they are not able to include all those they wish to be with them for this happy occasion.
Ben is a 2001 graduate of Fairfield High School and a 2006 graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV and a minor in Journalism. Working his way through the ranks of the sports information field found him employed by several Texas colleges and crossing the state line into Louisiana. Having joined the staff at Sam Houston State University as an Assistant Athletic Director for Media Relations in 2016, Ben currently resides in Huntsville, Texas.
Tracy is a 2010 graduate of Cypress Springs High School and a 2014 graduate of Sam Houston State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in General Business. In 2016 she received her Master of Science in Sport Management, also from SHSU, and was soon employed as a Marketing Coordinator for SHSU Athletics. Tracy accepted the position of Main Street Program Manager for the City of Huntsville in 2019 and is also a resident of Huntsville, Texas.
Having purchased a home, the couple will continue to live in Huntsville, Texas. They are registered locally at Accessories, Etc. and online with Macy’s, Target and Amazon.
