Get your favorite hunting teammate and gear up. The 7th Annual “War on Hogs” Hog Hunt is coming this February 7th through the 9th.
The hog hunt benefits the Wortham Police Department in supplies for their War on Drugs, and offers two divisions of hunts.
The dog hunt has a maximum of six, four-man teams, with an entry fee of $600.00, and the conventional hunting division with a two-man team.
All divisions are eligible for the $50.00 side pots for the biggest boar and another for the biggest sow.
Conventional division also has a side pot for longest cutter.
First place teams will receive buckles, with a bonus to teams with the most hogs weighed in each division.
Hunting begins February 7, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
