Micha, daughter of Kati Gardner, is getting the tree decorated with the perfect ornament, a unicorn with glittery pink accents.

The first annual Festival of Trees was a huge, and beautiful, success.

The Friends of the Library realized the need for a fundraiser, and thought about Christmas Trees.

The fundraiser allowed local businesses and individuals the opportunity to donate money and help deck the halls at Fairfield Library.

Fourteen trees, four wreaths, and two garlands are elegantly displayed this Christmas season courtesy of sponsors.

Most of the trees were decorated by the Friends of the Library, and have unique themes.

Additional cash donations made to the Friends of the Library bringing the total of all donations to an impressive $1,875.

Next year they plan to do the Festival of Trees again, and are looking forward to making it even bigger.
