Wortham defeated Rice in three games on Tuesday, August 27th: 25-9, 25-14, and 25-9.
Senior Caption Rylee Goolsby was leading her team from bench while resting a sprang ankle during Tuesday’s match against the Rice Bulldogs. The Wortham Lady Bulldogs wanted to rest up their offensive leader for their opening district match next week against Coolidge.
