A ONE TRUCK ROLLOVER once again damaged the fence at Pleasant Hills Children’s Home on Highway 84 East.
On Friday afternoon, October 26th, the pickup, carrying a four wheeler in the back, left the roadway and drove through the metal fence, rolling one hundred feet according to first responders.
The driver refused transport by emergency medical services, and was not injured.
The truck is registered to an oilfield service company out of Palestine, and the driver was coming back from working out of town.
Initial reports suggest possible driver fatigue as the cause of the accident.
Butler Volunteer Fire Department, Oakwood VFD, Fairfield EMS, and Department of Public Safety officers responded to the scene.
