Wortham is the undefeated District 15 2A Champions after beating in three sets: 25-15; 25-18; 25-23.
Setter Jayde Hamilton led the Lady Bulldogs with 30 assists, 16 digs, 5 kills, 2 blocks and 2 aces.
Ashley Mao had 12 kills, 15 digs and 1 block.
Rylee Goolsby had 8 kills, 5 blocks, 4 digs and one ace.
Skylar Phillips had 7 digs, 5 kills, 2 assists, 2 blocks and one ace.
Jessica Black had 4 digs, 3 blocks and 2 kills.
Samantha Wright had 2 kills, 2 blocks, 2 digs and 1 assist.
Setter Reagan Stuver had 14 assists and 7 digs.
Leading in defense was Libero Hallie Fautt with 27 digs.
Defensive specialist Megan Whaley had 11 digs.
Wortham had an impressive defense tonight that continued to dig everything that came their way. Wortham’s defense set the foundation for the teamwork to execute the kills at the net.
Wortham had a warm up game Friday against Rosebud Lott at 4:00 in order to prepare for the Bi-District game. The team won in three sets: 25-7; 25-13; 25-22.

Wortham played Chilton Monday night in Axtell at 6:30 for the Bi-District Championship.
Wortham is the undefeated district champions with a record of 16-0. This will be the 5th consecutive year as district champs and the 21 consecutive years for playoffs.
