MVPN Basic Peer Training Course is being offered Friday, August 10, 2018 in Mexia, Texas from 0830 to 1630 hours at the Mexia VFW Hall.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Basic Peer Training is an entry level course that gives you information that will enable you to become more aware of the Veteran Community.

This is an eight hour training designed to provide volunteers and the community with frontline intervention tools to address the immediate basic needs of service members, veterans and their families.

Upon completion you can become a state-sponsored peer mentor with the Military Veteran Peer Network. www.milvetpeer.net
