As of last week, there were 400+ job openings available through the Fairfield Hiring Fair set for Friday, August 12th, according to Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas.

The organization, along with Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, are hosting the event from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Green Barn Civic Center at 839 E. Commerce Street in Fairfield.

More than 20 local businesses are expected to participate, including Neat Companies Group which opened recently in Fairfield Industrial Park.

Attendees are encouraged to “dress for success” and be prepared for on-the-spot interviews.
