You can pay your water bill, access city services, and sign up for emergency alerts – all on your mobile phone.

If you have the new GO FAIRFIELD mobile app, you can do all that, and more!

Available for free, GO FAIRFIELD may be downloaded from the App Store, or you can get it on Google Play.

Once you have the app downloaded to your iPhone or Android smart phone, simply tap “The City of Fairfield, Texas” button near the bottom of your screen to access city services.

Have an issue with your garbage, recycling or water?

Fill out a form under the “Report An Issue” button. Your request will be emailed directly to the City Administrator.

Want to know who’s in charge?

Tap the “About the City” button and you can get information (and view pictures) of the Mayor, Council members and City Staff. You can also find contact information for each City department.

If you would like to “Pay Your Water Bill” online, be sure to enter the correct Bureau Code for Fairfield: 9212812.

Get information about a variety of “City Services,” such as the contact for Animal Control, hours for the City Dump, and whether a Building Permit is needed for your next project.

Under the “Police Department” button, you can look up FAQs about reporting car accidents, contacting Fairfield PD, and keeping your home or business secure.

Check out the “Fire Department” to find out who is in charge of Fairfield VFD, and what the volunteer firefighters do for our community.

By tapping the “Emergency Management” button, you can learn about Fairfield’s outdoor warning system and find out what to do in common emergency situations. You can even sign up for Emergency Notifications, right from your phone.

Do you have a parking ticket to take care of? Tap the “Municipal Court” button for Frequently Asked Questions, or find out when court is in session.

Want to be more involved? You can learn how “City Council Meetings” work, when the council meets, and how to get on the agenda.
