Wortham area residents came out in full force to support their local volunteer fire department during the annual Chili Supper held Thursday, December 3, 2020.
It was also the 80th anniversary for the Wortham VFD.
“We look forward to serving our town for 80 more years!”
During the event, children were able to visit with Santa Claus and enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, compliments of the Wortham Area Chamber of Commerce.
Gun drawings were also held, with proceeds benefitting the fire department.
The beautiful christmas tree was installed by the City of Wortham.
