TAKING HOME THE WIN with a First Place Ribbon from the Texas State Fair is 12-year-old Wortham 7th Grader Breckyn Waggener, daughter of Tara and Scott Waggener.
Breckyn entered her sewing project into the Freestone County Fair and won ‘Best in Show.”
This was her fourth entry into the state fair; and she has won First Place twice and Second Place twice.
She started sewing when she was 7-years-old. Congratulations Breckyn!
