Friday night, September 7, 2018 the Wortham Varsity Band performed during the half-time show at the varsity football game at home in Wortham.
During their performance, the “Pit” section of percussion was honored as the section of the week.
Travis Laminack was also presented as the band member of the week.
These students were recognized for their hard work and outstanding effort during morning and evening practices.

The band invites everyone out this Friday night to enjoy their half-time performance when the Bulldogs travel to Bartlett.
The Wortham Bulldog Varsity band is under the direction of Mr. Kevin Russell and drum major Kat McKeand.
