The 15th annual Jay Alderman Memorial Scholarship 42 Tournament and Bake Sale was held on February 11th at the First Baptist Church FLC in Teague.
Congratulations to the First Place team (at top) of Nelda Mullenax and Ronnie Chasteen. They received customized ivory domino sets.
Also congratulations to the Second Place team (above) of John Birdwell and Kent Kendall. They received beautiful High Ho silver belt buckles.
A good crowd attended the benefit, with a brisket lunch served to the 42 players.
A sincere Thank You to all who hosted the event, played in the 42 tournament, gave monetary gifts, donated and/or purchased baked goods, purchased T-shirts, or came by to enjoy the fellowship. Because of your dedication and support, this memorial scholarship continues to benefit Teague ISD graduating seniors.
