Wortham High School One Act Play (OAP) is advancing to Regionals!
According to Mrs. Alicia Hayes – director, this group of student thespians will compete April 14-15 at Panola College in Carthage, Texas.
“I have five Freshmen and two Juniors,” said Mrs. Hayes. “None have participated in OAP.”
This is also Mrs. Hayes first time to direct high school OAP. She directed junior high for a few years in Teague before joining the staff at Wortham ISD.
The Wortham group is performing ‘Pink Lemonade for Tomorrow’ by Ruth Angell Purkey, published by Samuel French.
