City of Fairfield offices are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Water customers can drop off water payments at one of two drop boxes located at 425 W. Commerce St, the old Pleasant Grove Water office, or at 839 E. Commerce Street, the police station by the Green Barn.
  Water payments can also be mailed to PO Box 1149, Fairfield TX, 75840.
Residents can also make utility payments online at www.certifiedpayments.net or by calling 1-866-549-1010. Both the phone and the web will need a bureau number, the number is 9212812. If you have not received your bill and need a balance, please call us at 903-389-2633.
