After waiting for a week for the officials results to be certified, Oakwood ISD finally announced that the Oakwood ISD Voter Approved Tax Rate Election passed during the November 5th election.
“Thank you to all the people that got out and voted during the election and for supporting Oakwood ISD,” they said.
Property owners residing in the Oakwood ISD school district may have noticed that their recent property tax bill did NOT include OISD school taxes on them. These were delayed pending the tax ratification election.
Oakwood ISD officials state that these tax bills will be mailed out separately within the next week.
