On Friday, June 30, UT Health Northeast will partner with Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF) to discuss data collection and share information in an effort to build healthier communities.
All are invited to participate in a follow up community forum that will highlight the results from last year’s Community Needs Assessment survey, as well as provide an opportunity for you to discuss additional identified needs specific to your county.
The forum will be held at the Fairfield Civic Center from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Food will be provided.
