The time is come again for the Underground Arts Fair, the annual Athens-based indoor music and arts festival celebrating the arts, music, and all manner of creative expression. Now in its fourth year, the Fair has grown to draw talented artists and musicians of all genres from Henderson and many surrounding counties, this year including extended stage time for poetry and spoken- word artists. The event will also feature local arts vendors of all stripes, from jewelry and gems to homemade soap and homeopathic remedies.
The Fair will again showcase the ever-enchanting live mural painting, which will be a concerted effort from several local artists, going on throughout the night.
