Stolen items were recovered during a search warrant that the Teague Police Department executed during the evening of Friday, December 18, 2020 according to an issue they released on social media.

During the search several stolen items were recovered, in relation to an active investigation over multiple thefts in the Teague, Texas area.

Two adults were arrested, Taylor Cobb and Bryson Dixon, and were booked into the Freestone County Jail.

Bryson Dixon, 37, was arrested for a bond forfeiture over an injury child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury, and also for theft of property $100 or more but less than $750.

Bond Forfeiture means that for one reason or another, his bond was revoked, or taken back, and they needed to be arrested again.

The original charge, intent to cause bodily injury, is a felony, but the level depends on situations unique to the case.

The second charge is a Class B Misdemeanor.

Cobb, 28, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, less than a gram. She is being held on a $5,000 bail.

While Teague EMS was on scene, it was for a non-injury medical treatment of one person who was at the scene. No one was injured during the execution of the search warrant.

Information received led to the recovery of a stolen Polaris Side by Side that was at a different location.

The investigation is ongoing and they are hopeful to recover more stolen property.
