Tracy Elizabeth (Talley) Schneider, 49, of Fairfield, TX, passed away on January 23, 2020, alongside her loyal service dog Nix. Funeral services were held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Skinner and Rev. Robert Easterling officiating. Interment followed at Stewards Mill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Brandon Spears, Randy Flowers, Wayne Bonner, James Easterling, Jessica Bonner and Brian Zettlemoyer.


Tracy was born on June 6, 1970, in Fairfield, Texas, to Edna Lou (Baker) Talley and Miller Frank Talley. She graduated from Germantown High School in Germantown, Tennessee, in 1988 and from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, in 2000. 


Tracy was creative down to her soul. A true artist who was passionate about producing beautiful things for the world to enjoy. This passion was shown through watercolor, pastel paintings, sketching, gardening, and gourmet cooking. If you knew Tracy, you were able to see the beauty of God’s creation through her imagination. 


Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Miller Frank Talley, maternal grandparents, Ada and Mac Baker, and paternal grandparents, Laverne and Gault Talley. She was also preceded in death by her faithful service dog Raleigh. 


She is survived by her mother, Edna Lou Talley of Fairfield; brother, Philip Gault Talley of Denver, Colorado; three aunts, Christine Easterling, Mackie Bonner, and Denniese Spears; and a host of other relatives and friends.


Donations may be made to the Stewards Mill Cemetery Association or Calvary Baptist Church in memory of Tracy.
