On behalf of Freestone Medical Center, we would like to ask for your support in contributing to our annual Community Health Fair. The theme for this year is “Touchdown for Healthcare,” maroon and gold.
We had a great first year as Freestone Medical Center and look forward to showing the community our continued improvement and all that our facility has to offer.
This year’s event will be held at the Freestone Medical Center facility from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
We would like to ask for your contributions to our Health Fair with any monetary amount and/or food, t-shirts, prizes, etc. Any and all donations are appreciated and your organization will be listed as a sponsor on the Health Fair flyer and the FMC website. Any donations in excess of $250 will place our organization’s logo on our staff Health Fair T-shirts.
