Thank you for the County Historical Commission at your Camphouse. It was a great opportunity to explore a bit of little-known local history and have fellowship.
I appreciate all that you do to support us in our mandate to pleasure and interpret the rich history of Freestone County.
We owe a great deal to those citizens of the 1960’s who began a grassroots effort to establish a county museum; and one of the most steadfast in those efforts was your mother.
