Magic, merriment and majesty await at this year’s Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation’s largest Renaissance-themed event, now announcing unique themes for all nine festival weekends, from Sept. 29 to Nov. 25, 2018, and a brand new season pass, The Royal Pass, at a limited time early bird discount through April 30, 2018.

In 2017, Texas Renaissance Festival saw its second highest attendance season, welcoming a total of 644,917 attendees, while facilitating 63 weddings, the most recorded in a single season.

Texas Renaissance Festival also saw a 14 percent increase in campers from the previous year, hosting 23,000 guests in campgrounds like the Military Campground – suited perfectly for both those seeking nighttime thrills around a bonfire, and families seeking a quiet retreat with a place to shake off the fairy dust.

The Royal Pass

By order of Their Majesties, the King and Queen, we present to you The Royal Pass – a simpler, more cost-effective way to enjoy all the merriment and magic of the Festival! The Royal Pass offers patrons all-inclusive perks to maximize the experience of Texas Renaissance Festival for all 19 days of the 2018 nine-week season.

Admission to all 19 days includes Saturdays, Sundays and Thanksgiving Friday, from Sept. 29 through Nov. 25, 2018. The pass also includes:

The Royal Pass: Campground Pass Add-On

Royal Pass holders can easily transform into Royal Campers every night by adding the Campground Pass for even more savings. Save nearly 30 percent off the regular campground admission price per visit, and keep your campsite in place for the entire Festival season with the Campground Pass. Royalty should not be burdened with packing and unpacking!

The Campground Pass allows Royal Pass holders camping access for one vehicle each weekend of the 2018 Festival season. Campgrounds are open and accessible every week during the festival season from Thursday at noon through Monday at noon.
