Texas Friendly Customer Service Training will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 8:00 -11:00 a.m. at the Comfort Inn & Suites of Mexia.
This workshop will teach participants how to manage and enhance the delivery of quality customer service by focusing on how to attract and retain customers, set your business apart from competition, increase sales, and make customers your strongest sales force.
Other topics include creating a customer service culture in your community and knowing the formula for exceptional customer service.
All employees of Mexia businesses and Mexia residents are welcome to attend.
Registration and Breakfast are from 8:00-8:30 a.m.
Certificates will be awarded and door prizes given out at 11:00 following the workshop.
