Teague Police were called out to a home on 10th Street with the report that a gun had been fired around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night, May 5th.
When police arrived, they arrested 25-year-old Collin Cutler, resident of the home, and charged him with Deadly Conduct / Discharge Firearm.
Cutler was transported and booked into the Freestone County Jail with a bond set at $15,000.
He remains in jail, on hold for Galveston County, for two counts of DWI and one count of Unlawful Carrying of a Prohibited Weapon.
