Teague Head Librarian, Diane Lewis, and Melissa Satterwhite were joined by two men from the City of Teague water crew, Roy Vasquez and Glen Crossley, as they went to Gibbs Memorial to deliver donations.
City of Mexia Fire Department members including; Chief Robert Lafoy, Fireman Anthony Fritz, and Fireman Leonard Smith joined in to assist with unloading.
Teague Library donated many boxes books, an entire living room set of furniture with a jumbo cord corner sofa, a large library desk, shelving units and a round table to Gibbs Memorial Library.
Gibbs Memorial Library has been the recipient of not just donations, but genuine acts of kindness from citizens of the region.

Monetary donations can be made at any Incommon’s Bank by depositing money into the Gibbs Memorial Restoration account.
