ACCEPTING A VISA GIFT CARD ON BEHALF of the Friends of the Library is Shin Dee Pullman, assistant librarian at Gibbs Library in Mexia. Tau Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma’s held a fundraiser for the gift card to benefit Zero Year Teachers in Freestone-Limestone Counties and the drawing for the winner was held at the annual Christmas party. The library will use the money for projects including Story in a Stocking for all Pre-K students in Mexia and Pre K-3 students in Coolidge. It will also benefit the summer ready program at the Library.
