The Fairfield Police Department is pleased to announce the forthcoming establishment of a K-9 unit.
Farock, who is currently undergoing training and will join the department next month, where he will be sworn in as an officer, issued a vest, and equipped with a body camera.
Officer Joseph Silas has been designated as the K-9 handler.
This marks an exciting milestone for the police department and the city.
The department will continue to modernize their department to meet evolving needs of citizens and officers.
