Special Reporting by Stuffed Animal Friend
My name is Princess Penny, the kitty cat, and I would like to tell you about the super fun sleepover I went to at the Fairfield Library last week, on Tuesday, June 25th.
That night, my mom dropped me off with Miss Robin and Mr. Gary for a night of games, crafts, books, and so much more!
I made 32 new friends, all of whom came to spend the night too! My new friends are Lilian, Denali, Wolf, Rocky, Minnie, Baruin, Cotton Candy, Ms. Sloth & Baby Sloth, Rainbow, Unicorn, Monkey, Luigi, Molly, Ralph, Corn, Foxy, Rex, Brownie, Nation, Corny, Godzilla, Monkey, Miss Little Baby, Pikachu, Indigo, Halo, George, Zombie Bear, Camo, Chocolit, Teddy, and Fluff.
They are all so nice and lots of fun to play with!
We started the night off with story time with Miss Robin. Godzilla and Zombie Bear were being a bit crazy, so we had to let them have some screen time to get all their crazies out, but then we did crafts and had lots of free time to play and mess around.
We made popcorn with Mr. Gary and got to snack on that while we played.
Some of my friends played with the Legos, played video games, watched ‘Let’s Go Pikachu!’ and learned how to play chess.
We got to watch the 3D printer make some very cool things, we colored, and helped Mr. Gary with some of his computer work and made copies for him.
We even learned to check in returned books and how to put them back on the shelves in the right order.
After a long night of fun, we all finally settled down to sleep.
The next morning, our parents came to pick us up. Most of us got to stay for Storytime with mom or dad, watched a slide show about our night at the library, and then learn first aid.
Thank you, Miss Robin and Mr. Gary, for inviting us to this fun sleepover. It was so much fun! I hope we get to do it again sometime.
