Freestone County Retired Teachers will be hosting its 3rd Annual Legislative Forum and “Chili Supper.” It will be held in the Fairfield High School Cafeteria on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
Chili will be served at 5:00 pm followed by the forum at 5:30 pm.
It is open to the public.
Come and put a face with a name on the ballot.
Education and research of candidates make an educated voter. Many elections are decided in the primaries so come and meet, see and hear from the candidates attending that are on our local primary ballot.
Invitations to participate are being sent to all candidates on both the Republican and Democrat Primary ballots who are running for federal US Representative, state, and local offices representing Fairfield and Freestone County.
If you are a candidate in a contested race on the Primary Ballot and have not received an invitation by either email or regular mail, please contact Alicia Smith to get on the program.
