Teague Rodeo Association’s 94th Annual 4th of July Rodeo is scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, July 4-6, 2024, at the Teague Rodeo Arena.
This year includes several events.
The Mutton Bustin event will take place on Thursday and Friday night, with the finale to be held on Saturday night.
There will be 25 competitors Thursday and Friday. Trophies and Kona Ice Coupons will be up for grabs for the top 5 both nights, and they will also advance to the Saturday Rodeo Perf.
A buckle will go to the champion on Saturday night.
Entry fee is $30. Check-in begins at 6:30 p.m. and competitors ride at 7:00 p.m.
Check-in will be at the T-shirt table across from the drink sand. Any rider not checked-in by 6:45 p.m. will be disqualified. Parent or guardian must be present to sign release.
Helmets and vests will be provided.
Entries open on Monday, June 3, 2024, and may be made by texting 254-625-2169 with the child’s name, age, weight, and shirt size.
Payment must be pre-paid via Venmo @Teague-Rodeo or my mailing a check.
There will also be a Raffle for Honda Rancher 4-Wheeler. Tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100 and may be purchased from committee members or at the rodeo.
Drawing will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, during the rodeo. The winner is responsible for tax, title, and license.
