Lady Bulldogs were undefeated last week in Volleyball play.
Wortham beat Dawson is three games: 25-13; 25-14; and 25-12.
Rylee Goolsby led the Lady Bulldogs in offense with 9 kills and 2 blocks.
Samantha Wright had 8 kills, 7 digs, and 1 ace.
Jessica Black had 8 kills and 1 block.
Skylar Phillips had 7 kills, 7 digs, and 1 ace.
Samantha Lee and Cate Samford both had one kill a piece.
Setter Reagan Stuver had 26 assist and 3 digs.
The passing and defense for the Lady Bulldogs was solid with Libero MEgan Whaley with 9 digs, Kenlie Stuver with 4 digs and Brynn Bowden with 2 digs.

Wortham beat Mt. Calm in three sets: 25-14; 25-13; and 25-13.
Libero Megan Whaley was solid in defense and serve receive with 9 digs.  Bynn Bowden had 2 digs.  The consistent steady passing game was the driving force behind the outstanding setting by Reagan Stuver.  Stuver moved the ball very well to each of the hitting positions and kept Mt. Calm’s single blocker from setting up the block against Wortham’s impressive hitters.  Reagan Stuver had 25 assists and 7 digs.
Jessica Black the offense with 10 kills, 2 digs, 1 block and 1 ace.
Samantha Wright had 9 kills, and 2 digs.
Skylar Phillips had 8 kills, 5 digs, and one assist.
Rylee Goolsby had 5 kills and one block.

The Wortham Lady Bulldogs will face Hubbard and Mart next week to finish up the first round of district.
