Fairfield Lake State Park held another successful Kid Fish Derby on Saturday June 3rd.
The weather was a bit dreary in the early hours of the morning but that didn’t stop 216 kiddos from coming out and dropping a line.
The first fish reeled in was caught by Alyssa Hall and weighed in at a whopping 1oz.
The largest fish caught at 4.5oz was by Destiny Foulks.
Our winners for the Pre-K -3rd Grade: 1st Brian Ethridge, 2nd Charlie Billings, and 3rd Lottie Ethridge.
The 4th-8th Grade winners: 1st Kasie Trayhan, 2nd Dalton Dowdell, and 3rd Ruger Long.
