Recycle Your Tires for FREE on Thurs., July 25

Freestone County is holding a FREE TIRE RECYCLING EVENT on Thursday, July 25th, from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (or until trailers are full).

This event will be held at the County Barn #3 of Commissioner Pct. 3, Mike Daniels, located at 440 E. Main Street in Fairfield, Texas.

Freestone County residents are encouraged to bring disposable tires to the recycling event.

There is no cost for recycling tires.

Please note:

–NO TRACTOR TIRES or HEAVY EQUIPMENT TIRES

–All Tires must be off the rims

–Residential Tires ONLY, NO Businesses

–Be prepared to unload your own tires

Tires will be accepted ONLY during event times. Please do not drop off tires before or after event

Tire Amnesty Event provided by grant funding from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Heart of Texas Council of Governments (HOTCOG) in conjunction with Freestone County.
