The Annual Public Hearing for the TPW Commission is being held this afternoon, August 23, 2023 beginning at 2:00 p.m. in Austin, Texas. During this time, Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission will receive public comments concerning any issue relating to the Commission’s regulatory powers and duties.
Several members of the ‘Save Fairfield Lake State Park’ group have made plans to attend to voice their continued support of the use of eminent domain for the preservation of Texas lands and wildlife.
