The Mid-East Texas Groundwater Conservation District will hold a Public Hearing on the re-adoption of the Management Plan for the District. The entire Management Plan is to be considered. Other matters pertaining to the District may be addressed at this meeting.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Madison County Courthouse, 101 W. Main, Room B22 (Basement) in Madisonville, Texas in Madison County. At the conclusion of the public hearing the Board will reconvene to consider action on the Management Plan. Written comments must be received by 5:00 PM on June 24, 2024.
