Democratic and Republican voters will have to opportunity this month to cast their ballots in the Primary Runoff Election on May 22, 2018.
The Democrats will be choosing their final candidate for Governor: Andrew White or Lupe Valdez.
Republicans will be choosing their final candidate for State Representative – District 8: Thomas McNutt or Cody Harris.
Early Voting for the Primary Runoff Election will be held May 14-18, 2018 with poll locations open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Those registered to vote in Freestone County may do so at the Fairfield Conference Center, located at 839 E. Commerce Street in Fairfield, Texas.
Applications for ballot by mail should be sent to Linda Jarvis – Early Voting Clerk at P.O. Box 1010, Fairfield, Texas 75840.
Application for ballots by mail must be received no later than the close of business on Friday, May 11, 2018.
Election Day voting on May 22nd will be conducted at the precinct where citizens are registered to vote.
