Please Note:
The Fairfield Hospital District has received several requests from citizens seeking to have their names removed from petition calling for a roll-back election. They simply stated that based on current information that they did not as this time support the petition.
We have made available to them on their request an Affidavit that they can execute that will make their name on petition invalid.
An affidavit that is not completed before the petition is properly submitted will not have the effect of nullifying their initial signature.
