Parent Education Series Offered This Week at Crockett Resource Center

Crockett Resource Center for Independent Living (CRCIL) is hosting a Parent Education Series for parents of children with disabilities.  The event will be held on Tuesday, July 16^th, 2024, from noon to 1:00 p.m.

Sabrina Thompson, Region 6 Regional Coordinator of Partners Resource Network will be speaking on ‘Assertiveness Communication’.  This presentation is designed to teach parents to communicate opinions, thoughts, needs and feelings in a direct, honest, and appropriate manner in order to secure a free appropriate public education for their children.
