Crockett Resource Center for Independent Living (CRCIL) is hosting a Parent Education Series for parents of children with disabilities. The event will be held on Monday, March 24th at 12:00 p.m./noon until 1:00 p.m.

Sabrina Thompson, Region 6 Regional Coordinator of Partners Resource Network will be speaking on ‘Creative Parenting”. This presentation will be discussing creative parenting, which is a method of raising children that focuses on innovative, adaptable, and imaginative strategies for nurturing and guiding them. This approach encourages out-of-the-box thinking to tackle parenting challenges, promotes creativity in children, and transforms learning and discipline into engaging experiences rather than rigid ones.
