This year’s Show of Wheels was a roaring success with 174 entries of vintage cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Terry McCarroll with his 1957 Chevy BellAir drove away with the 2024 Best of Show trophy.

Of note, Randy Self of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma was recognized for having driven the furthest to compete, and the Centext C10 logged in the most entries for the Club participation.

This event is presented each year by the City of Fairfield and Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.

The two-day event began on Friday with the ‘Pedaling with Picasso’ art event for kids. They got to paint their own canvas with the image of a bicycle with step-by-step instructions from All Things Arty.

Also held that evening was an opening reception for Mike Seale’s ‘Classic Wheels’ exhibition at Trinity Star Art Gallery.
