Small Town Tees celebrated their Grand Opening and joining of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce with a ribbon cutting ceremony held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
Owners Keith, Autumn, and Conner Carroll, with employees Jackie Campbell, Whitney Dycus, and Tiffany Adair, joined with family and friends who include Sheri Mireles, Allan & Cyndy Carroll, Marilyn Haney, Kayla Adams, Kaizlynn Childs, Kyah Henderson, Trey Adams, Piper Adams, Kera Nichols, Debbie Cox, Monica Barton, and LeeAnn Freeman to celebrate the big day.
Autumn says “Small Town Tees is so incredibly excited to be in Fairfield! We are proud to support the community that has long supported us and to invest ourselves within the same community that is going to raise our son!”
The business offers in-house screen printing, embroidery, direct to garment printing, fully sublimated jerseys, commercial grade vinyl and more!
Autumn started working in the industry in 2004, at the age of 15. Throughout the years, she worked on all the different processes and learned more about the trade through mentors, tradeshows, and lots of self-teaching.
“I knew it was something I truly enjoyed and when the opportunity arose for me to buy the business that I had spent a good portion of my life to help grow, I was beyond excited and nervous,” She explains. “When I took over in 2016, we had one embroidery machine, one heat press and screen print equipment. Now, we have six embroidery machines, two heat presses, upgraded screen printing equipment, Direct to Garment printing system, mug press, hat press, a laser, and a sublimation printer.”
She goes on to say, “I have had SO much help along my journey of growing this business. From my incredible husband, who makes things happen when I’m not sure if they’re possible and who believes in me and all my crazy dreams; to my family who will be here to help in a heartbeat. And especially my team of employees! We have had some amazing help over the years and there is no way Small Town Tees would be what it is today without them.”
“My current team includes Jackie Campbell, our screen-printing Queen, who has worked alongside me for 18 years and is a huge part of our family and our success,” says Autumn. “Whitney Dycus who is our embroidery champion – she manages all six machines, along with the backend work and also helps out with anywhere else she is needed. Tiffany Adair, who is hands down the best utility player there is and has been such an asset to our team! God has blessed me and this business so much and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our community!”
