Mindful S.E.L.F., mindfulness through a Social and Emotional Learning Framework, is being offered Friday, July 29, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. by the Freestone County Extension Office.
This fun program is designed for youth in grades 6-12.
The program is a research-based and theory-driven program designed to build healthy and resilient youth in a fun and interactive setting!
