Teague Nursing and Rehab is excited to announce a new addition to their team: new Administrator, Vincent Ray of Mexia.
Vincent (at top) is an graduate of the University of Texas and has over 12 years of experience as an administrator. He also comes from a family with a medical background.
When past co-workers speak about him they say how Vincent is laid back, loves to solve problems, be proactive and not only meet the residents need, but the staff’s too.
Vincent also loves to hunt, fish and cook.

In other news, the facility is proud to continue as the only 5-star CMS rated facility in Freestone County. “Thank you to our amazing staff,” says Andrea Lopez, Regional Marketing Coordinator.
Lopez reports that Doris McWilliams has taken another job close to her daughter. “We will miss her greatly and appreciate her loyalty to TNR,” she says.
Good news: Rita McAlpine (above), who many in the community already know, is back at Teague Nursing and Rehab as Director of Nurses.
Rita was born and raised in Teague. She graduated nursing school in 1974, then graduated with her R.N. in 1990. She has worked in long term care for most of her career.
Rita became a nurse because of her aunt and she wanted to help her community. Back in 1992, she worked at Teague nursing and rehab for almost 10 years.
“We are excited to have her back,” says Coordinator Lopez. “She is already close to many of our residents she has already known.”
