Freestone County’s Precinct 2 Road and Bridge crew will be getting a new Ford 4-Door 4-Wheel Drive 1-Ton Flatbed Truck through TIPS. This was approved unanimously by Freestone County Commissioners during their Monday, November 17, 2025, meeting.

–Acceptance of reports from District Clerk’s Office, Senior Services, Justice of the Peace Pct. 1, and Tax Office

–Bonds & Education Certificates of County Officials and Employees

–Canvass for Nov. 4, 2025, election results

–Cast 490 votes for Stan Brown and 909 for Sid Fryer to serve on Board of Directors of the Freestone Central Appraisal District

–Contract for services between Freestone County and Freestone County Soil and Water Conservation District #424 for calendar year 2026.

–Radio Tower Agreement between Freestone County and Freestone County ARES.

–Proposal for Financial Intelligence Software System for Freestone County Auditor’s and Treasurer’s offices.

–Acceptance of RJK Construction’s bid for Courthouse Restoration.

–Release of Road Bonds on various County Roads from XTO Energy, Inc. due to XTO selling out to Hillcorp, who has already provided new bonds on the same roads.

–Awarding Johnson Air’s bid for new A/C units for the County Clerk’s office.

–Mental Health Counseling Services Agreement from HOTCOG for FY 2026.
