Sworn in as Fairfield’s newest councilman is Arland Thill (right), who was appointed by the Council during their Tuesday, October 12, 2021 meeting.
Fairfield Mayor Kenneth Hughes officiated the swearing-in ceremony and welcomed the Council’s newest member.
Thill is taking over Place 2, recently vacated following the passing of Councilman Randy Johnson.
