Robinson Follows Father’s Footsteps at Courthouse
In the same courtroom that his father started his career, some twenty-eight years ago, David “Zane” Robinson was sworn in as an attorney on Monday, April 19, 2021, after learning that he had passed the bar exam.
Surrounded by family, including parents, Regina and George Robinson, and grandmother, Margi Robinson, Zane took his oath in the Freestone County courthouse under the administration of District Judge Deborah Oakes Evans.
Zane is a 2013 Graduate of Fairfield High School, 2017 Graduate of Sam Houston State University, 2020 Graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston.
He has been working as the Leon County Assistant District Attorney since February, under the leadership of Leon County DA Caleb Henson.
Zane’s wife is Kristen Robinson, a teacher at Teague Junior High School. They are expecting a son in August.
